MARCUS WILKINS

Marcus is an international award winning architect, previously holding partnership/ directorships in several global leading architectural firms. Over the past seven years, Marcus has designed and delivered a number of iconic projects in Pakistan and has earned the reputation as perhaps Pakistan’s leading architect of bespoke high quality projects of true international standard. His close integration with the Project Management & Construction Teams ensures his designs respect the industry know-how, limitations and availability of product. Archi-Tex is Marcus Wilkin’s own practice and his design of the Qube will raise the benchmark for boutique hotels in Pakistan.

Darren is a professional engineer and project manager with 30+ years’ experience in design, construction & facilities management across mixed use commercial developments. He started as a project engineer in Perth with Australia’s leading MEP consulting firms, then General Manager/ Construction Manager at one of Singapore’s largest MEP Design/ Construct companies, and returning to Australia providing Project Management/ Design & Construct Services for the last 20 years. In 2009, the core business was rebranded as Unison. Darren and Unison team have delivered hotels, retail and office projects in South East Asia, high end luxury residential developments in Australia’s premium property areas, large scale non-process infrastructure in the Resource Sector throughout Australia, Complex infrastructure projects in the Telco industry, and Packages Mall in Pakistan. The Unison Team has international skills and track record in Pakistan to ensure exceptionally high standard of quality for this project.

Julie has been in the design industry for over fifteen years. After finishing her diploma, she started her career in the UAE creating unique spaces, in retail, luxury residential and commercial sector. Today her business extends to Europe, USA and Asia. She has over the last six years also developed a respectable portfolio in Pakistan, working with residential projects as well as being one of the founders of the highly successful furniture company Kit & Kaboodle. Her role in the Qube project will be to implement the best interior items from all over the world.
